CHNCF SUPPLY CHAIN(NINGBO)CO.LTD was founded by two childhood friends, Douglas and Carl, who shared a passion for logistics and a desire to build a companythat put customers first. After years of working for large logistics firms, they saw an opportunity to create a more personal and customer-centric experience for businesses of all sizes.

As they launched their new venture, Douglas and Carl faced many challenges, but they were driven by their passion and commitment to their clients, particularly those in Russia. They had seen firsthand the frustrations that Russian businesses often face when it comes to logistics – from complex regulations to unpredictable transit times – and they were determined to provide a better solution.

One of their first clients was a small manufacturing company in Vladivostok that was struggling to find a reliable logistics partner to help them transport their products to Moscow. The company had tried working with several logistics providers in the past, but had experienced delays, damaged goods and high costs.
